Uolls mesti wonder kan ape '11 abs' ni kan??
okayyy, see that picture !! that is crystal from f(x) :)
wanna know what the fucing hell of 11 abs ?? okeng , 11 abs to otot perut bentuk 11 sebenarbenarnyaa XP.
most of girl mmg idamkan 11 abs ni including me !! but most of you pun taknakk benda ni kat perut cbb nampak mcm tough n scary for a girl kannn?
OK ni lah nk gtaw ni, if you want this 11 abs dkt youu punye perut kann, kene exercise lah paling tak pun dlm 6 week baru ada bentuk :)
i've 4 type of step on how to get this freakin 11 abs tau :)
- every morning must do the back flip ! paling tak pun dalam 50 kali .
-using a bowl. letak bowl to dkt bawah bahagian tulang rusuk,pusat n bawah pusat . buat bila time youu free ke, time tgh tgk tv ke :).
-using small towel and buat every typr of freaking dance using the towel .
- last, take a good meal everyday tauu, less salt,less sugar, andd more vegetable :D
